Initially engaged as a retained independent cyber advisor, I transitioned to the executive team to architect and scale the company’s global security function through rapid growth, cloud transformation, and M&A integration.Built and operationalized a global cybersecurity program covering cyber defense, GRC, AI & cloud security, and business resilience. Successfully led the organization through ISO 27001:2022 certification, SOC 2 Type 2, and HITRUST readiness across business units.
