Prior to Victoria’s education and training as an intelligence analyst, she worked for 24 years in several fields within the customer service industry, from retail and hospitality, to large call-center venues. She is a certified SCUBA diver, a fine-art photographer and occasional jeweler, hot-air balloonist, and expert horsewoman.
