There was a time when I barely raised my hand in class. I used to be the kind of student who would rehearse a sentence ten times in my head. and still never say it out loud. I\'d rather stay invisible than risk being seen.For the longest time, I believed that\'s who I was. But change has a strange way of sneaking in, slowly at first, then all at once. Today, when I look back, I barely recognize that version of me.Today, I\'m pursuing my postgraduate program in management, and I\'m not the same person who once feared a classroom presentation. I now lead as the Co-Head of the Digital Ambassadors Committee, where I help shape the voice of my college online.I\'ve: Managed and hosted events that brought people together and ideas to life. Led podcast productions end-to-end — from brainstorming concepts to collaborating with international guests. Worked as a graphic designer, giving ideas a visual identity. Reported news, proofread content, and took the mic in debates, things I once thought I\'d never dared do. And now, I\'m proudly heading a team, guiding others as I grow. None of this happened overnight. It came from choosing, again and again, to step into the things I once avoided. To say yes where I used to say no. To become someone my younger self wouldn\'t just be proud of but stunned by.Every day, I push myself to communicate more clearly, lead more boldly, and grow more intentionally. And if there\'s one message I carry with me, it\'s this: You\'re not stuck. You\'re just getting started.
