Designing and Implementing accounting / financial systems & Procedures with a view to ensure smooth accounting operations and facilitate internal financial control. Checking Data, maintaining & scrutinizing statutory books of accounts. Administering reconciliation of debtors / creditors statement of accounts. Handling various books of accounts both manually and in computerized environment. Supervising the reconciliation of accounts and preparation of financial statements as per GAAP / IFRS standards that is needed for economic sound decision making.Supervising the fortnightly budgeting and providing relevant information to Management by structuring the MIS report for clients. Establishing strategic cost management systems for monitoring various overheads. Preparing cost statement giving activity wise contribution, fixation of selling price, break – even analysis and profitability on full absorption basis to facilitate effective decision making.Skilled at handling & executing operations entailing all accounting services and functions through supervising accounting sections Timely filing of all Govt Tax dues & assessments by ensuring adherence of Statutory Compliance applicable as per the Industry norms. Formulating Budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine differences between projected and actual results and implementing corrective actions. Contributions in formulating business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability and revenue generation and realize organizational goals. Monitoring Cash Flow to review the cash position and forecast funds required for day to day operations. GL process – Review General Ledger to analyze each department transactions, reconcile each ledger to ensure the accounting records are in pristine condition.
