In my current role, I am responsible for managing technology transformation initiatives as a part of the Customer Experience Management (CEM) group. It involves leading the CEM Innovation Lab practice to identify newer solutions, supporting sales in the form of proactive pitches and RFP responses, participating in consulting engagements to recommend relevant business solutions and strategy, and supporting existing operations with improvement projects.The role also focuses on development and implementation of new generation technology solutions such as Conversational UI\'s, Chatbots, Visual IVR, Recommendation and Personalization Engines, Analytics etc. to achieve efficiency in contact center operations and improve customer experience.This role provides an enriching experience through frequent client interactions (client visits, solution defense meetings, workshops, solution demonstrations) helping acquire business and technology knowledge in a two-way process.
