I’ve spent 23 years in general insurance, working across claims operations and national supplier panels spanning specialist service categories.At the centre of my work has been relationship leadership, building strong, stable partnerships between insurers and their external delivery providers. I’ve worked closely with supplier leadership teams and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are clear, communication is open, and issues are addressed constructively.Operating in panel environments where suppliers work with multiple insurers, I’ve focused on ensuring we are seen as a fair, consistent and professional partner of choice. This has included leading structured engagement forums, improving transparency, and supporting practical process improvements that strengthen day-to-day collaboration.I take a steady, straightforward approach and value accountability, clarity and follow-through — particularly during periods of operational pressure such as major weather events, where trust and coordination matter most.Now based in London with full UK working rights, I’m interested in roles centred on client service, supplier engagement and long-term partnership development within insurance or financial services.
