In a nutshell: I’m a numbers based, detail oriented person that works well with people. I enjoy the challenge of complex problems to solve. Whether it’s how to calculate usage data and then extracting reports to validate the data, or devising unique billing solutions for customers that are non-standard and cannot be billed automatically, I’m up for it – and I’ll deliver on or before deadline, too.I’ve learned I’m quite happy in both the fast paced, dynamic environment of a startup/growing small to medium sized company, and wearing the multiple hats often required in them, and in the fascinating complex world of tech – I speak that language well enough to translate the finance/billing needs to the IT department and the technology details back to finance department staff in a way they also understand – what fun!My peers have noted this about me, telling me I’m good with working with other departments, and with clients/customers. I’ve been complimented for working with operations and engineering, for example, to get billing/finance\'s needs understood, the right reports generated, any data issued fixed, and then help get the new systems up & running, and for reaching out to a past due client on the phone vs. email to give that personal touch and grow the relationship (while getting the invoice paid, too).
