Ensure all product leaving the unit meets or exceeds the customers\' expectations and the plant is in compliance with all safety and regulatory policies. Actively support the company\'s safety, environmental, and quality programs. • Lead Management of Change process for the Unit • Track & improve Operational Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) • Provide technical support for the unit • Investigate incidents using Root-Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) with a focus on prevention of future incidents • Improve & maintain process documentation • Develop Operators, including oversight of unit training, communication, and discipline, to provide a safe & productive work environment
