Technical leadership of research activities on ultra-low power analog neural network-based ASICs.Responsibilities:Leading the research on the neuromorphic analog signal processing (NASP) platform- Technical leadership of analog design research for neural network building blocks from specification to layout (ultra-low power analog, including neurons, precise amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, and other vital blocks)- Technical leadership of analog neural network design flow (simulation and netlist-to-GDSII), using digital tools for analog design automation- Technical support of manufacturing technology research performed by external contractors (high-ohmic materials and layers).Supporting design activities of the internal IC design team, including links between internal digital and analog teams.Managing work of external design contractors.Management of links between the ML team and the silicon design team, ensuring seamless implementation of the ML-to-netlist-to-RTL-to-GDSII design flow.PolyN Technology is an innovative startup working on a neuromorphic analog signal processing (NASP) technology that allows converting trained neural networks into ultra-low power ASICs suitable for Tiny AI and on-sensor data processing.
