Architect with broad experience in Energy Efficiency and Sustainability planning and design, from regional to building detail scale. I deliver high level expertise on relations between city-planning and energy efficiency, on economic evaluations, contracts and public procurement (PCP and PPI), as well as on the evaluation of the after-operations environmental and landscape impacts. I have a deep understanding of the legislative and regulatory aspects in the energy field, EU through local level, constantly updated thanks to the continuous collaborations with public authorities. I gained experience as a designer and expert evaluator for proposals accessing EU, national and regional funds (Horizon 2020, ERDF-OP). The updating of skills is also ensured by the intense activity as a teacher and scientific coordinator for training and specialization in the field of energy efficiency.
