I am a Techstars x Filecoin alumna: back in the day, my compliance-heavy company had brought me to Seattle, a place I now call home.Before, I worked with Ukraine\'s Digital Ministry Blockchain and AI project office, focusing on international partnerships and program management that drive the emerging tech adoption. If you have ever heard of an app where citizens of Ukraine can store legal copies of almost all their documents—from passports to diplomas—file and pay taxes with Apple Pay, register a marriage, or even a newborn, that’s this Ministry\'s product, the Diia app. If you have ever heard of the Army of Drones, this is also the Ministry\'s initiative. Besides, as a research fellow at the Ethereum Foundation\'s Next Billion program, I issued a paper documenting decentralized tech applications, including digital assets, adoption in the context of Ukrainians.
