Dialogflow (Mostly Dialogflow CX, a latest generation of AI driven chatbot builder for customer support) Conversation History: as a TL of the areas I\'m responsible for developing and launching the conversation history feature to Public Preview and GA - one of the most important features launched in 2022. Common UI Components: I played a key role in the development of common UI components such as common table component, gathering and analyzing UX requirements, refactoring codebase to adopt common components wherever possible, helping to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience for our users in Dialogflow CX, Insights and Agent Assist consoles. Lead of Test Automation effort ensuring that our products are thoroughly tested and meet our high standards for quality and performance. Designing new GraphQL middle-tier microservice to make UI of Dialogflow consoles more scalable. Google Cloud Data Analytics (Dataflow/Dataplex Data Pipelines for streaming and batch analytics) Development and launch of Data Pipelines Dataflow feature to the Public Preview and GA. As a TL I was working on integration of Data Pipelines with Dataplex. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the latest Big Data technologies and cloud data analytics.
