My focus is women and breast health and I spend time teaching women about breast care.

Valerie has lived and worked in the natural health arena for over 40 years. She has a wide range of experience with exercise and nutrition. Valerie is a Certified Natural Health Professional through Trinity College, a Certified Clinical Thermographer, Level trainer, founding member of AMTS,(American Medical Thermology Society) and holds many certificates with respect to nutrition, body works, iridology and other natural modalities. Current owner of Picture My Health Thermography since 2004. Previous owner of a fitness company called Move to Improve, where she created and taught exercise and fitness classes for men and women in down town Minneapolis.Specialties: Clinical Thermographer with a focus on breast health and dental health, speaker for womens groups about breast cancer and breast health, oral health, detoxification at the cellular level, weight loss, health and fitness coaching and improved self perspective to assist you in your quest to live authentically.(which is just becoming who you really are)
