I partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, identify potential applicants, review resumes, and track talent pool through the applicant tracking system (ATS). I also conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews with potential applicants, and support a high-volume of requisitions on a consistent basis. Additionally, I speak with multiple hiring managers within various departments to assist with recruiting and offer HR solutions. Furthermore, I implement training and development programs for new hires and existing employees, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles and contribute to the organization\'s growth and performance.
