Facilitate Scrum events, manage the backlog, and ensure the team adheres to Agile practices. Partners with Product Manager(s) to prioritize and execute on the team’s deliverables- Lead strategic planning efforts within the product line to optimize delivery processes and methodologies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing team performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency- Provide expert support for product-related issues, working closely with support teams to address customer/user concerns. Implement best practices for cross-team collaboration, product support, and continuous improvement. Support third-party apps as needed.
