I am an innovator, leader, strategist, designer, explorer, and architect with over 20 years of experience. I have proven success building, mentoring, and driving high-impact teams that deliver measurable results through purpose-driven solutions for a wide variety of industries and Fortune 100 companies - But all that is what is on paper…Here’s a bit more about me, as a human: I aim to listen first, ask questions that might make you uncomfortable, and speak to understand and build consensus. I believe that people are all capable, they sometimes just need support unlocking their potential. I believe in the power of facilitating and amplifying the voices around me. I believe that if you take care of the people around you, everything else will come. My passion began with physical product design and code, giving me a more well-rounded approach to building holistic and strategic experiences that solve problems. I ask \"why\" as many times as a 3-year old. I bring the “What are we…?”, “How can we…?”, and “What if…” to many conversations. I use creativity to blur the line between dreams and reality. My mind works in lyrics, quotes, systems, and puns.I knew I wanted to change the world for the better, through experiences when I was 10. Since then, I have been working on making that my reality.
