Project Manager for the FormFast application across the Dignity Health Enterprise. Accountable for the detailed planning of steps and resources need to meet the successful implementation of the FormFast application to all Dignity Health Facilities. Monitor and prepare reports to ensure the projects are progressing to meeting the deliverables on time and under budget. Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope. Also managed Clinical projects and Ambulatory projects under the ICD10 tower in Dignity Health. Supported the Business side of the Provider and Clinical Documentation (CID) components, Responsible for Performance Reporting, Stakeholder Communications and ensuring project documents are completed, current and resolving any conflicts/issues in a timely manner while effectively communicating relevant project information to the Executive Leadership Group
