I am an award-winning facilitator, director, actor with over 35 years of experience in encouraging engaged personal presence, through personal development and practical training. I take a holistic approach to coaching, combining mindset strategies, actionable goal setting, and proven frameworks to empower my clients to make lasting changes in their personal and professional lives.I have been a performer all my life. I draw on a deep understanding of human behavior and performance psychology to guide my clients through transformation. My background includes an MFA from the University of Alberta with a focus in engaged presence, facilitation of voice and movement workshops privately and in corporate settings, and facilitating post-secondary education, which allows me to connect with clients at all levels and across a variety of sectors.I am passionate about working with leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals and their teams who are committed to growth, authentic collaboration and communication, and are ready to push past limitations to create real results.
