I was appointed to lead Solvd. through a period of transformation. I delivered a full rebrand, rebuilt the senior leadership team, introduced new systems and governance as well as standardising processes, and achieved ISO standards for Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management. I steered the organisation through the Covid-19 pandemic – moving 150 staff to remote working overnight while maintaining service to over end users. Despite my years of experience in managing people, strategy and change in fast paced organisations, this still took leadership to another level. Since then the company has grown into new markets including sport, secured new commercial contracts and achieved Investors in People Platinum (a mere 7% of Investors in People’s organisations around the world achieve this) alongside record customer and colleague engagement.
