Nothing is lost, everything is transformed » Human resources strategies focus on CSR (Corporate social responsibility) which contributes as much to the development of the organization as to that of the women and men who work for it. I believe \"the companies that are successful, are those that have a soul\". I am constantly on the lookout for trends in our society and contribute to the strategy of giving meaning, structuring and adapting from scratch human resources and the CSR approach to the business through innovative and collaborative methods. Impregnated since my childhood by multiculturalism (West Africa, Maghreb, and France), I oriented myself in the management of sustainable development and CSR first by the social and societal. I choose to work in organizations where I am attracted by the mission of the company. Most of my career has been spent working with managers who were founders and shareholders and who embodied the vision of their company. The evolution of the company, the human aspect, CSR, the origins and the intrinsic values of the organization are my daily drivers. I have been acting as Director of Human Resources and CSR and in consulting and transition with executives. Steering and accompanying the development of the company\'s intangible capital (Governance, HR Education, QWL, Societal, Environmental commitments) within a group with transformation and growth challenges, with challenges of creating or structuring the HRD and/or the CSR approach.
