Helping third sector leaders to be exceptional, CO3 delivers leadership support, development and representation for chief officers in third sector organisations across Northern Ireland. Established in 1985, CO3 has a rich heritage in leadership development working with some of the largest charities and social enterprises through to medium and well-known third sector organisations. Our 800 members work across all policy areas pertaining to the Community Sector and connect with all government departments. We provide executive and board recruitment services through our social enterprise Engage Executive Talent https://engageexec.co.uk.As the leadership development organisation for the sector, we work closely with members and partner organisations in the private & statutory sector and government departments across a range of issues. Our funding comes through a several sources, including membership fees, training, a small proportion of government funding, and income from a number of Trusts and Foundations. Increasingly we provide opportunities for private sector organisations to partner with us and contribute to building leadership capacity in charities, social enterprises and community & voluntary organisations throughout Northern Ireland.
