When I joined the Marie Corps my goal was to travel; to see the world. I never thought my experience in the Corps would lead to a successful career focused on the client experience, but life has a funny way of taking you down a road to help you achieve your goals.The foundational experience of discipline, attention to detail, and leadership put me on a path to drive outcomes, problem-solve, and advocate for my clients. I am passionate about customer experience and satisfaction, working with my customers on best practices to ensure success. With over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries from SaaS, insurance telematics, and retirement planning, I\'ve had the privilege to work at and with Fortune 500 companies, contributing to their success through leadership positions involving relationship management. As Vice President, Client Experience, my focus is to partner with our strategic clients to help them achieve their goals and objectives related to the optimization of Applied’s products and services.
