I am passionate about helping organizations grow effectively and sustainably. I started my career as a statistician and then moved into leadership roles such as Vice President of Data and Transformation. Over time, I discovered that being a strong leader in the field of data requires more than just technical expertise. It involves immersing yourself deeply in business processes to understand how AI and machine learning models will reshape the way people work and helping them adapt to these changes.This perspective naturally led me to take on leadership roles in operations. Since then, I have led major digital transformations and day-to-day operations at international companies and early-stage startups, driving changes in processes, systems, and ways of working that enable growth and scalability.What I enjoy most is creating a positive and collaborative culture, especially when building teams from scratch and helping them thrive.I am at my best at the intersection of data, people, and processes.
