Designed, negotiated, and implemented the acquisition of the Blend Images brand in August 2018. Under my direction and hands-on involvement, Tetra has acquired Blend’s contributor contracts for still and video content as well as the trademarked Blend multicultural brand. The arrangement allows for continuity of earnings and distribution for Blend’s contributors, continued earnings for Blend’s cooperative of prior owners, and brings together two of the world’s strongest creative communities of commercial stock photographers and videographers under one roof at Tetra. Blend is the leading multiethnic commercial stock agency, now under the management of Tetra Images.
