About Valerie Kellner

I have over 25 years of experience in handling product liability, premises liability and construction litigation, including catastrophic injuries and death cases in NJ and PA. I am admitted to practice in the federal and state courts of NJ and PA, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of PA.I am an active member of the invitation only Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC). I serve as a Senior Director on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. I am also the Membership Recruitment Chair. I hosted the FDCC podcast, “How FDCC Members Get It Done.” I am also a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys (ADTA). I also serve as a Judge Pro Tem as well as an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. I was also the past Chair of the ABA/TIP Product Liability Committee.
