About Valerie Jaramillo Hunter
As the director of center operations i am responsible for overseeing all center locations across the nation by supporting the local clinical and operational leadership. Responsibilities include the development and compliance of clinical/operational policies and procedures, setting and monitoring staff and center growth goals, reporting on KPI\'s, managing the center budgets and expenses, developing and maintaining all management trainings, conducting site visits, completing routine audits, reducing staff and client turnover, tracking of staff performance, and the hiring and training of all center leadership. Previous experiece includes a variety of clinical leadership including regional director ( oversight of BCBA\'s), assistant clinical director, and clinical director ( oversigh of regional directors and center directors) as well as all clinical ABA skills pertaining to a board certified behavior analyst working with ASD and other ID\'s for children and adults.
