Working on the Personnel and Pay Modernization project for the U. S. Navy. Identifying key legacy system functions to be incorporated into the Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS). Performing technical and functional analysis of Peoplesoft and COBOL code by documenting the data element mappings and the business rules by process. Accessing Peoplesoft App Designer, SQL queries, COBOL code and Easytrieve to validate findings. Working with the subject matter experts and the existing legacy programming support personnel to complete the documentation. I have a Secret Security Clearance with the Department of Defense.
