Currently working as an Associate Recruitment Assessor /Consultant across all disciplines but with particular emphasis on Management, Engineering, Retail and Contact Centres. Experience of conducting face-to-face competency interviews together with the ability to score competency based job applications; carrying out group assessments;conducting task based assessments and telephone screening. I have utilised these skills within blue chip automotive and call centre organisations as well as in public sector organisations.
