Property Management Transition Coordinator @Sares Regis Group

Responsible for verifying accuracy and completion of the property transitions process, including onboarding and offboarding properties. This involves continuous evaluation of the processes and system workflow, identifying areas in need of improvement and ways to streamline processes to enhance overall success. Responsible as lead for all property transitions. Ensures all tasks in the transition process are completed accurately and timely by all departments. Responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate processes for transitioning properties. Review processes and update processes as needed. This involves working with operations and department team leaders to confirm and make necessary changes and updates to the process. Maintain a close working relationship with client advisory group to identify client needs. Attend client calls as needed. Initiates and maintains relationships with all departments/support services and all operational teams. Provides ongoing support by maintaining relationships with outside vendors involved in the transition process. Keeps management apprised of transition process and system updates on a regular basis through status updates and summary reporting.
