Hola hola! I\'m Valerie, A proud Latina with a deep love for mental health, creativity, and human connection. I’m the same heart-led, people-first human whether I’m running HR at The Center or co-piloting the vibes at Feybl, your favorite artistry clubhouse in Los Angeles.By training, I’m a psychologist, but now you can find me, crafting supportive systems, holding safe spaces, and growing into the best resource I can be, for the humans around me. I’m all about making work actually work for people.At the same time, my creative soul runs on music, storytelling, film, movement, and the magic of community. At Feybl, we hold space for our creative community members and team, to feel uplifted, supported, and like they truly belong, because they do. I deeply admire every artist who walks through our doors. Whether their projects are just whispers or already taking form, I’ll be right there cheering them on and supporting the journey.What ties it all together? My core values: authenticity, creativity, vulnerability, connection, integrity, trust, freedom, and love. Whether I\'m dreaming up new ways to make our team’s day-to-day more balanced, or I’m helping host community moments like improv club, open mics, game nights or just mingling in the clubhouse, I lead with heart, presence, and a commitment to building spaces that feel like home.Fueled by passion.
