Reporting into the Group Director OD Learning Education and Organisational Development. • Matrixed to the Group Director of Communication and Engagement and the Group Deputy Director of Workforce Planning and Improvement.• Leading a team of Organisational development practitioners to deliver on the NHS People Promise and Culture Transformation Strategy to a group of c. staff in Northern Lincolnshire and the Humber region.• Overseeing :o the development and implementation of multiple leadership development programmes working with internal facilitators and external national and regional suppliers of services,o the talent and performance management programmes managed by 2 senior OD Managers, o the roll out of and mobilisation for yearly and quarterly national staff survey and staff engagement programmes with campaigns in collaboration with the Communications Director, a team of 7 strategic HRBPs, covering 14 care groups and corporate directorates. • Managing large-scale, long term cultural transformation programmes following the HUTH-NLAG group formation delivered to and through 2700 leaders and people managers over 5 years.• Acting as a coaching supervisor for our internal coaching network• Internal coach for our group as well as the ICB• Measured by attraction and retention rates, absence rates, appraisal rates and psychological safety (through disciplinary cases and FTSU referrals), WRES and WDES dataKey initiatives include flexible working practices implementation, appraisal, performance and talent management, embedding a coaching culture, growing staff networks, inclusive events roll out, intercultural communications and unconscious bias training, WRES and WDES action plans, civility & respect, and value-based leadership, behavioural and competency frameworks, inclusive recruitment process and practice reviews.
