I love being in spaces where I’m not the smartest person in the room, as this is how I grow. I enjoy doing things that scare me, because it’s the only way I’ve ever increased in confidence.I’ve gained leadership skills from my previous positions and experiences in operations management and sales development. I find it rewarding to help organizations and people succeed.I authored What Are You Thinking? a book distributed through Costco and utilized by counselors and therapists for people of all ages. My keynote speaking engagements span universities, businesses, healthcare organizations, law enforcement, K-12 schools, and more. I love sharing my experiences to help others understand the control they have over their own happiness and life experiences. In my free time, I love reading historical fiction and biographies. I’m happiest when I can jump in a car or on a plane with my family and travel to a new destination (mountains and waterfalls are preferred over beaches). The more spontaneous the trip, the better!
