In qualità di Direttrice del FemTech Observatory di Tech4Fem, guido il primo osservatorio strutturato in Italia dedicato al FemTech, all’innovazione nella salute delle donne e all’equità di genere in ambito sanitario.Il mio ruolo si colloca all’intersezione tra ricerca, sviluppo di ecosistemi, advocacy e strategia dell’innovazione. Progetto e supervisiono iniziative di ricerca che mappano il panorama FemTech italiano ed europeo, analizzano i trend di investimento, individuano i gap sistemici nei dati sulla salute delle donne e producono insight strategici per founder, investitori, istituzioni e stakeholder del settore sanitario.Lavoro per:• Posizionare il FemTech come verticale strategico dell’innovazione nell’ambito della salute e della trasformazione digitale• Connettere startup, ricercatori, decisori politici e leader industriali• Tradurre evidenze e dati in raccomandazioni di policy e azioni concrete per l’ecosistema• Valorizzare la salute delle donne come opportunità economica e di innovazione misurabile• Contrastare i gap strutturali nei dati sanitari legati al genereAttraverso l’Osservatorio coordino:• Report di market intelligence e attività di mappatura dell’ecosistema• Analisi dei dati su trend di investimento e crescita delle startup• Partnership strategiche con istituzioni e hub di innovazione• Interventi pubblici e iniziative di thought leadership• Dialoghi intersettoriali sull’innovazione sanitaria inclusiva e gender-responsiveIl mio lavoro contribuisce a ridefinire la salute delle donne come priorità sistemica dell’innovazione, integrando digital health, intelligenza artificiale, advocacy istituzionale e imprenditorialità a impatto.

I lead complex health innovation initiatives at the intersection of strategy, ecosystem building and women’s health.I bring a systemic and data-driven approach to innovation, aligning stakeholders, designing scalable programs and translating vision into structured execution. I also launched and manage the FemTech Observatory, a data-driven initiative mapping the Italian FemTech landscape, analyzing trends, investment flows and ecosystem gaps to generate actionable insights.Through this work, I orchestrate diverse stakeholders, build strategic partnerships, design and launch innovation programs, structure sustainable operational models, and translate advocacy into measurable action. The observatory strengthens my ability to turn data into strategy, identify structural gaps, and support organizations in making informed, impact-oriented decisions.Previously, I have held roles as Project Manager, Innovation Business Manager, Strategy Director and L&D Manager across EMEA, guiding cross-functional teams and collaborating with C-level executives.
