Reporting: ⋅ Contributing to reporting needs (extra-financial audit, URD, social expertises.) by collecting data (monthly, quarterly, yearly.) from different countries & subsidiaries & ensuring its reliability ⋅ Providing coherent reporting guidelines to international contributors⋅ Communicating KPIs to appropriate stakeholders (investors, clients, social partners.)• Project management:⋅ Contributing to the development of the Group\'s CSR action plans and facilitating their implementation by different entities/countries⋅ Contributing to the Group\'s certifications (GEEIS.) ⋅ Steering and deploying social projects with non-profit partners, to increase employee engagement (mentorship and tutoring programs, exchanges with young people from high school to university.)⋅ Deploying awareness raising campaings on gender equality, diversity & disability (International Women\'s Day, World\'s Day of Health & Safety at Work, International Day of People with Disabilities.)⋅ Deploying trainings on gender equality and quality of life at work⋅ Organizing physical, hybrid and online events (Teams Live Event, LinkedIn Live.)⋅ Interviewing guest speakers in English, French & Spanish• Communication⋅ Developing communication & editorial planns⋅ Developing communication tools (e-mails, news, social media posts.)⋅ Monitoring engagement & reach• Managing communities & networks at a national or an international scope:⋅ Promoting non-profit partners\' actions within our internal networks⋅ Coordinating Group level with countries/subsidiaires initiatives• Legislative and regulatory monitoring :⋅ Following the evolution of the standards & legislation in force⋅ Writing reports of assessments and recommendations to comply with regulation• Supporting business needs in a client-centered approach:⋅ Answering to RFPs/RFIs⋅ Coordinating & ensuring the execution of social integration clauses to avoid penalties
