Manage and oversee the Inventory Department. • Produced the process and procedures for the Inventory Department to establish SLAs and to meet deadlines• Responsible for the process, set up and research/troubleshoot of third-party data feeds/syndication from third-party vendors I.E Homenet, VAuto, Dealer.com etc.• Responsible for the process, set up and research/troubleshoot of third-party sales and service data feed from third-party vendors I.E CDK, Dealer Vault, R&R etc• Configure and analyze inventory data in CRM system. Review for errors and correct upload with no errors. QA for correct MSRP pricing, sale pricing and or internet pricing, photos as well as other applicable details in the feed• Diagnose hardware and software issues using technical procedures (troubleshooting, tracking, and documenting) to identify issues and provide resolution to internal and external customers.• Take ownership of dealership inquiries and requests, including identifying issues and related information, obtaining and evaluating relevant data, formulating resolution, and responding in a timely and accurate manner.• Begin project in Mission Control of Salesforce for onboarding and set up• Maintain notes and information pertaining to each account in Salesforce for established/active accounts• Ability to effectively present information and closely collaborate with dealers, Dev Team, Set Up & Implementation, Sales Team and management on a one-on-one basis via verbal communication, Zoom, Google Meets, Slack and/or email• Weekly data feed audits reports via Sheets, Docs or Excel• Follow up to ensure problems are resolved within the established service level relationship.
