Hi thereI’m an emerging Instructional Designer.Before that, I spent over 15 years working with people in customer experience, education, and cultural tourism.Which means I’ve been listening, solving problems, and turning complex things into something people can actually use (long before I started calling it learning design).My move into Instructional Design was a logical next step. Same mindset but better tools.( ’)I design learning experiences for adults that are clear, human, and practical.No unnecessary complexity. No content overload.I stand where Instructional Design meets UX: structure with empathy, clarity with intention, learning that respects people’s time, attention, and intelligence.🧠 My approach is learner-centered and experiential, influenced by Montessori principles (yes, they work for adults too!), adult learning theories, and real-world experience.I collaborate closely with SMEs, translate expertise into clear learning flows, and use technology (and AI, when it helps) to make learning effective (not complicated). I listen first. I ask questions.
