After 20 years with the Rome Cavalieri and after more than a decade in Revenue Management, I am delighted to announce that a new role has been presented to me: Business Development Office Manager. This new position, which is tailored for my skill-set and personality, will allow the hotel and my-self to profit from the expertise and the know-how I have developed over the past 20 years. My main focus will be in-depth data and statistics analysis, with the objective of taking the Rome Cavalieri to the next level of success, making it more and more profitable while always striving to offer True Waldorf Service and excellent hospitality. I am truly excited at the the opportunity that this change will bring about and at the ability to continue to be of service to this property. My heart-felt thanks go to all those I have worked with, will continue to work with and will begin to work with in my new role. Without my colleagues and work friends none of this would have been possible: you have all been a wonderful support throughout the years and I am extremely proud to be part of the Rome Cavalieri team!
