Define, design and deliver the Localization projects workflow(s) in collaboration with both internal and external resources (Head of Localization, Language Managers, internal Ledgers\' stakeholders, external vendors)- Define and manage project management and project communication tools for the Localization team (JIRA, Gantt Charts…)- Improve and run project and overall workflows in the Translation Management System of the Localization tools- Ensure the design and ongoing fulfillment of the process of receiving and acknowledging translation requests and bringing them through to final delivery and QA- Ensure vendor adherence to glossaries, style guides, and translation memories- Assess project risks through prioritization, flag and recommend actions of the Head of Localization, follow-up on actions- Assist the Head of Localization in identifying operational challenges and improving the localization workflows in general
