Current role based in London performing the following tasks:* Member of the Advisory team dedicated to provide advice and guidance to businesses and functions on Information Barriers and Control Group owned Policies.*Active role in Information Barriers maintenance involving business public/private side classification reviews and identification of risk and controls providing support at EMEA level.* Analysis of local regulation on inside information and insider trading at EMEA level partnering with Country Compliance and Legal.*Project Management experience and legal and compliance review on new regulation implementation. For example: a) Market Abuse Regulation new requirements for insider lists and system enhancements b) MiFID II Conflicts of Interest c) Development of a system rule based to assign public/private classifications -Information Barriers.*Wall-Straddlers identification, maintenance and implementation of governance around the review process.* Coordination of EMEA based review rolled out on a yearly basis to 54 countries providing advice and guidance on Information Barriers including discussions about physical segregation, challenges for implementation of information barriers policies and local regulatory requirements. Identification of key themes to review each year and opportunities for policy and process updates working towards consistency across the region.*Inside information assessments, announcement monitoring, restrictions (including Sanctions) and transactions update.*Insider lists collation for regulatory submissions. Review of insider lists requests from clients and local regulation across EMEA working in collaboration with country counsel and external counsel.
