Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned roster of clients (artists/ labels/ managers/ agencies)- Respond to client questions and concerns by sourcing information from the appropriate teams- Manage client accounts within the DashGo platform as necessary (eg. adding members to labels and deals, updating permissions, etc.)- Ensure that DashGo has the necessary assets for uploading and promoting priority releases - Share new-release resources with clients such as: pre-save links, URIs, etc- Coordinate necessary calls between clients and our teams- Assist with post-release updates (metadata, masters, cover art, etc)- Regularly monitor the submissions email inbox and either surface prospects to DashGo’s Sales Team or offload - Manage the weekly Sales meeting agenda, including Notion notetaking and coordinate follow-up meetings - Populate template emails to Content Ops for incorrect artist mapping, artist name corrections and removing rogue product from artist pages
