At Tietoevry I am involved into several projects- Project management & user research @ Public360Public360 Online is the modern case management software used among the municipalities in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. I plan and facilitate workshops, create user journeys, organize and facilitate interviews with customers. It is my responsibility to coordinate the pilot testing of the new AI product. I arrange and conduct user testing to gain more insight and collect feedback. I conducted market research and interviewed OCAB\'s employees to map the situation \"As is\", identified potential shortcomings, pain points and bottlenecks which became the basis for the \"To Be\" strategy for further RPA and AI implementations- Hackathon Facilitator @ Data Services & HarbrAs a facilitator of the hackathon, I ensured effective collaboration among participants. My role included securing that the participants understood the goals and tasks, encouraging participation, and resolving any challenges that arose along the way to maintain progress and productivity. My goal was to create a safe and supportive environment that promoted creativity, innovation and solution-oriented thinking in all teams- Insights & journey mapping @ Ways of WorkingWays of Working is an internal project with a purpose to develop a common method for project execution. I played a central role in assigning tasks, monitoring progress and reporting. In addition, I gathered existing templates and expanded them when needed. To map internal routines and processes, I interviewed various stakeholders. I visualized results in a single one-pager solution that was structured according to process phases.
