I am a senior manager with extensive experience in strategic marketing, business development and sustainability in the financial services sector. In my role at Ersel Private Bank, I work to integrate growth strategies with a long-term vision, focused on organizational strength, high-quality client relationships and the creation of sustainable value for all stakeholders.I strongly believe that finance has a central responsibility in leading change. In a rapidly evolving economic and social context, sustainability is not a regulatory exercise, but a strategic governance lever and a critical success factor. Integrating ESG criteria strengthens decision-making, enhances governance quality, improves transparency and increases organizational resilience and credibility over time. Managing ESG-related risks and opportunities enables organizations to align strategy, performance and long-term impact.Throughout my career, I have promoted initiatives in financial education, thought leadership and sustainability culture, convinced that awareness and competence are essential drivers of meaningful change. Training the Future and Ersel Academy were created to strengthen financial literacy and strategic understanding. The podcast series Purpose was launched to foster dialogue with entrepreneurs and senior executives who view sustainability as a driver of innovation, competitiveness and talent attraction.Alongside my executive role, I serve as Regional Representative for Piedmont of the Marisa Bellisario Foundation, an engagement that is integral to my leadership vision.
