Provide clinical contract administration and project management support to the Study Manager.* Serve as liaison to outside Vendors/Consultants to discuss and resolve contract issues and language.* Interface with Study Manager, Legal Department and Consultants to facilitate the timely processing of contract agreements.* Review and process W9 forms for detail, accuracy and completeness.* Provide ongoing project tracking, including cost management, status sheets, data entry and report generation using COST database.* Work in partnership with Study Manager and financial personnel to develop budgets covering entire project, as well as site specific budgets.* Utilize SAP system to prepare purchase requisitions, including cost justifications.* Use payment tracking system to ensure timely and accurate payments, reconciliations, and data accuracy/integrity.* Work in collaboration with study sites through the project cycle to resolve any issues regarding payments and resource allocations.* Prepare and generate master clinical trial agreements and exhibits for new study sites.* Initiate payment for studies and site pass-through costs working with SAP.* Handle all final payments within one month of final trial validation.* Develop and implement policies and procedures relative to contract agreements, legal compliance and dispute resolution.* Carefully craft contracts to satisfy study objectives, including legal compliance, adherence to policies, protection of intellectual property, and flexibility to maximize appeal to Vendors/Consultants.* Started as a Clinical Contract Associate and was promoted
