I currently play, at Coccinelle S.p.a, the role of Head of Visual Creative Department, reporting directly to the creative direction. Over the years I have developed marked characteristics of organization and management of processes both in creative and in management sphere.• Managing the Visual Creative Department• Guaranteeing Visual Identity Consistency across all touch points- Creating COCCINELLE’s window display (from concept to production)- Defining creative display for store and showroom events (from concept to production)- Creating COCCINELLE’s packaging (from concept to production)- Creating catalogues, manuals, brochures, invite/evite, stationery and graphic layout for in-store lightbox.• Defining new stores and pop up stores layout.• Creating visual tools for stores and showrooms (from concept to production)• Monitoring competition’s visual communication• Managing the visual creative department budget.
