As part of the HR–Operations team, I support both office and field employees across the Nevada branch. My role blends recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and training to ensure a safe, engaged, and high-performing workforce.Highlights:Partner with division managers, superintendents, foremen, and operations leaders to recruit and onboard skilled talent across construction and field operations.Support employee relations, including coaching supervisors on performance management, evaluations, and corrective actions.Coordinate training through Paycom and GTS dashboards; track completion and assist employees with access to paystubs and training.Facilitate HR initiatives such as leadership development for foremen, appreciation events, and field training rollouts.Act as the branch liaison to corporate HR for payroll, benefits, compliance audits, and HR process improvements.
