I lead two engineering teams at Broadcom that build systems designed to catch threats before they become headlines. One focuses on Anti-Malware, the other on Network Detection and Response (NDR). Both deal in high stakes, fast timelines, and tech that makes a real difference.On the Anti-Malware side, we develop static and dynamic detection capabilities: sandboxing, YARA rules, ML classifiers. you name it. On the NDR side, we ingest and correlate alerts from IDS, NTA, and Anti-Malware to help security analysts understand what’s happening right now in their networks.Our stack includes Python, Go, C++, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Kafka, and a healthy dose of machine learning, assembly, and reverse engineering. Think: low-level meets large-scale meets “oh wow this is actually protecting people.”I’ve led my teams through product launches, platform migrations, and full-blown post-acquisition integrations. From startup agility at Lastline to enterprise-grade execution at VMware, and now Broadcom. I’ve helped shape roadmaps, navigate org mergers, and deliver features that shipped and shipped well.My leadership style? Inform, unblock, get out of the way.
