ABOUT VALENTIN FANELLI

I\'m a negotiator, a mediator, a problem solver, a leader, and a change agent. I see the world as it could be while fully recognizing what it is. Because of this, I can think of innovative ways to work within the boundaries set or creative ways to step outside of the box. With me, you don\'t always get what you want. But, you get what you need. My energy is relentless when solving a problem. I don\'t believe in \"can\'t,\"\"won\'t,\" and \"we\'ve tried that.\" You might have tried that, but I haven\'t, and believe me when I tell you my approach will not be yours, making my outcomes different. One of my skills is taking complex processes, breaking them down to their fundamental elements, and making them easier for others to understand. I\'m a translator, speaking multiple professional languages, technical, operational, and business. I\'m the element in the room who understands what everyone is talking about and connects the dots for those not understanding. I\'m outgoing, well-spoken, energetic, and thrive when mentoring, coaching, and leading. My approach is a mixture of strength and servant-based leadership, including different methods and backgrounds to promote team engagement.
