Leading French luxury goods company specialising in jewellery and watchmaking. HR referent for interns and apprentices (around 100) in the Retail & Head Office divisions within the French market- Independent management of recruitment: briefing managers, launching recruitment campaigns every 6 months/year, publishing job offers online and externally on SuccessFactors, screening CVs, HR pre-qualification, following up with candidates and managers, validating profiles, onboarding- Administrative management: Drafting and signing contracts (CERFA & internship agreements), managing amendments and terminations, managing work-study contracts on the OPCO platform- Campus integration: Organising induction sessions with the Richemont campus team- Campus community coordination: daily support for interns, work-study students and managers, mid-term HR follow-ups, organisation of monthly activities for the campus population (in collaboration with the Richemont group), support for professional development - University relations: Developing school relations, participating in forums, sharing offers with targeted schools- HR projects: Creating a collective assessment to optimise the recruitment of interns and apprentices- Invoicing: managing invoices for apprentices and the HR team in SAP, communication with suppliers and the accounting department
