ABOUT VALENTINE BACH
I\'m a junior legal counsel at Basic-Fit, Europe\'s leading fitness company. I joined the company after a year\'s work-study program, during which I helped draft and negotiate contracts, commercial leases and service agreements. I also took care of the legal follow-up of disputes and litigation with Basic-Fit\'s partners and customers. I hold a Master\'s degree in Business Law (Distribution Law) from the University of Lille, and have dual skills in law and economics, acquired during my double degree at the University of Grenoble Alpes. I\'m passionate about distribution law and the legal issues involved in the fitness industry. My aim is to contribute to the development and protection of Basic-Fit\'s business, by contributing my expertise, creativity and rigor.
