As the Training Manager, I was initially brought in as a consultant to lead the Epic go-live training for Boston Children’s and Franciscan Children’s hospitals. After successfully implementing these systems in July and September, I transitioned into a full-time role. Now, I lead ongoing optimization programs, oversee the Epic training curriculum for new hires, and direct enterprise training and change management efforts for the Microsoft 365 Migration Program (Project Unify), which includes the intranet Web Migration and SharePoint migration workstreams.In my role,I lead the training and change management strategy for the Microsoft 365 Migration Program, Project Unify, focusing on the Web Migration and SharePoint transition to ensure staff readiness and adopt new digital workflows. I also manage the Epic new hire training program for over staff members, implement Physician Optimization initiatives, and oversee structured Epic upgrade training across clinical departments. Additionally, I develop adoption strategies and training toolkits for M365 collaboration tools, collaborating with Communications, IT, and leadership to promote awareness and facilitate adoption. My efforts include designing hybrid and asynchronous training models to improve accessibility and efficiency while aligning with the organization’s strategic priorities.
